2022-03-215805825Starting to think more about the HTML format of the site, so adding a landing page and separate pages for local and remote games. Added the concept of player name, which is distinct from player id. Mostly used for reporting terminal conditions. Altered how the mouse position information is calculated and used. Now a relative (ratio) position is sent to the other peer. Using a test board for this work, will need to undo that before merging to main. Localized all esbuild settings in a single spot, so now only 1 file needs to be updated, and then all build paths will be updated.Pavel Safronov
