Deploy to apps.fuzzyworld.net with fuzzyworld-tools

Adds a package.json with the fuzzyworld section and a deploy script (npx fuzzyworld-tools), and points gitlab.io / gitlab.com links at apps.fuzzyworld.net and code.fuzzyworld.net.
