Fix GitLab Pages 404: remove public/ before moving dist

Fix GitLab Pages 404: remove public/ before moving dist

Without rm -rf public, mv dist public nests dist/ inside the
existing repo public/ directory, putting index.html at
public/dist/index.html instead of public/index.html.
