Add Maori maramataka (lunar calendar) for Aotearoa New Zealand

Descriptive-only lunar calendar with no continuous numbered year; the era
is left open-ended since the maramataka, suppressed during colonization,
was revived from 1990 and remains in active use today.

Tribal traditions vary on whether the lunar month starts at the new moon (Whiro) or full moon (Rākaunui). The year traditionally began with the first new moon after Matariki (the Pleiades) rose before dawn, usually around June–July. It has no continuous numbered year. Suppressed during colonization, the maramataka was revived from 1990 by Te Taura Whiri i te Reo Māori (the Māori Language Commission) using traditional month names rather than transliterated English ones, and remains in active use today.",
